Recording Arts for Educators is a unique workshop gives Music Educators an introduction to the basic fundamentals of music recording and production. 

Throughout this full-day workshop, participants are instructed on the essential ins-and-outs of setting up, recording and mixing music.   The workshop takes a straightforward approach, demonstrating that with just a few microphones, basic soundboard and software; a good quality recordings can be achieved.

Subjects covered include:

• Basic Audio Theory
• Microphone Techniques
• Location Challenges
• Mixing and Mastering Requirements
• Generous Hands-on Experience; and much, much more.

Overall, participants learn enough background of concepts and techniques to introduce the subject into their music classes as part of a well balanced curriculum.
